Delete my data
Remove one connected account
Open Channels in Duta and press Disconnect next to the account. Its access tokens are deleted straight away, and Duta can no longer publish to it.
You can also do this from the platform's own settings — on Facebook, under Settings → Business integrations. Removing Duta there has the same effect on publishing, and Duta will report the channel as disconnected.
Remove a post
Open the post in Duta and delete it. This removes Duta's copy and cancels it if it has not gone out yet.
Remove everything
Email hello [at] baloot [dot] my from the address you signed up with, asking for your account to be deleted. Everything below is erased within 30 days, and usually the same day:
- Your account and email address.
- Every connected channel and its access tokens.
- Every post, draft, and publishing record.
- Uploaded media.
- The record of actions taken on your account.
Server logs are not searchable by account and expire on their own within 30 days.
What this does not delete
Posts already published stay on the platforms they were published to. Duta cannot remove them, and deleting your Duta account does not touch them. To take those down, delete them on the platform itself.
