Terms of Service

Duta schedules and publishes social media posts to accounts you have connected yourself. It is a private tool, not open to public sign-up, and there is no charge for it.

Duta sends your post to a platform at the time you chose. It cannot promise the platform will accept it.

• A platform can reject a post, rate-limit an account, or refuse content under its own rules. Duta reports what happened; it cannot overrule it.
• A platform can be down. Duta retries, and tells you when it has given up.
• A connection can expire or be revoked. Duta tells you, and publishing stops until it is reconnected.
• Some platforms charge for posting. Those charges are between you and the platform.

Where a failure is Duta's own, it is recorded and shown to you rather than hidden.

What you publish is yours, and remains yours. You are responsible for having the right to publish it and for it complying with the rules of every platform you send it to. Duta does not review, approve, or moderate what you write.

• Spam, or bulk unsolicited posting.
• Content that is unlawful where you are, or where it is published.
• Anything that breaks the terms of a connected platform.
• Publishing to accounts you do not own or are not authorised to act for.

Deleting a post in Duta removes Duta's record of it. It does not remove anything already published on a platform — that has to be deleted there.

You can disconnect any channel or delete your account at any time. Doing so stops Duta publishing on your behalf immediately.

Duta is provided as it is, without warranty. It is not liable for posts that fail to publish, for content a platform rejects or removes, for platform charges, or for any loss arising from using it.
