Pricing

One plan. Every channel Duta supports, connected as many times as you like, for a flat monthly or yearly fee in Malaysian Ringgit.

Monthly

RM99

Billed every month, by card.

Yearly

RM990

Two months free against the monthly price. Card or FPX — FPX cannot repeat a payment, so it only works on this plan.

The free trial

The first 7 days are free. A card is collected when you start so the trial cannot be farmed with throwaway addresses, but nothing is taken that day — the first charge lands on day 8. Cancel before then and you are charged nothing at all.

What is included

  • Every channel Duta publishes to, connected as many times as you like — every Facebook Page you administer or just one, for the same price.
  • No limit on how many posts you schedule, with one exception: X charges Duta for every post sent through its API, so posting to X is capped at 300 a month (20 during the trial). No other channel has a number — LinkedIn, Telegram, Discord and the rest cost the same whether you post once or ten thousand times.
  • Files checked against every platform's rules while you are still writing, alt text on images, and a record of what actually went out.

If a payment fails

A card can expire, or a bank can decline a payment that looks unfamiliar. When that happens, Stripe retries for about two weeks and Duta keeps publishing the whole time — an administrative problem does not cost you a week of scheduled posts. If every retry fails, publishing stops until a working card is added. Nothing is deleted.

Cancelling

  • Cancel any time from the Billing screen inside Duta. No email, no phone call, no reason needed.
  • Cancel during the free 7 days and you are charged nothing.
  • Cancel after that and you keep publishing until the period you already paid for runs out — scheduled posts inside it still go. Once it ends, nothing is deleted; Duta simply stops publishing until you come back.

Card details are handled by Stripe and never touch Duta's own servers. The full agreement, including refunds and liability, is in the terms of service.

Questions

Does Duta cost anything?
Yes — RM99 a month, or RM990 a year, in Malaysian Ringgit rather than US dollars. The first seven days are free: a card is needed to start, nothing is taken on the first day, and the first charge is on the eighth. The first 1000 people keep RM99 for as long as they stay.
